More time for our patient because of excellent workflow

Since May 2016, UMCU Utrecht has been working with DataLinQ CRM to provide integration between programmer data, home monitoring and the hospital information system (ChipSoft HIX). This creates an excellent workflow where there is more time for the patient. As an academic center, we are also able to do analysis on the full CIED (Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device) population. Also the increasing RPM population (remote patient monitoring), is processed via DataLinQ, resulting in uniform data processing, and in some cases, a decrease in the duration of the follow up. Thanks to the direct and pleasant cooperation with internal and external ICT, adjustments in the CRM software can be made available on request so updates or new devices can be processed quickly. The recent DataLinQ User day has contributed to a further CRM optimisation. The experiences and needs of other users were shared, resulting in a continuous product improvement.
